Account Issues

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the ELEteca Sign In page.

Enter the email address you used to create an account on password reset page. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

If your email address is not recognized, you may have registered with a different email address. Please try logging in with another email address

Please also check the spelling of your details as well as checking that CAPS or NUM lock functions on the keyboard are not interfering.

If you think you have forgotten your password, please see above for instructions on how to reset it.

First, please ask your students to check their Junk or Spam folders, in case the system-generated emails went there. If this is not the case, please liaise with your IT Department to ensure that the email address no-reply@edinumen.es is whitelisted.
